METER READING SERVICE

We provide an administration service to our clients
for all their meter-reading needs:

- Monthly reading of the electrical / water meters
- Providing the consumer with a monthly tax invoice on
  which detailed account of charges appear at a
  rate determined by the local authority within whose
  are of jurisdiction the premises is situated - 24-Hour standby service.
- Replacement of any faulty electrical meter at no
  cost if the meters are the property of Aircorp
- Our company will be responsible for the deposit/guarantee
  for the bulk electricity supply to the complex as
  well as the monthly account from the local Metropolitan Council / Eskom.

ELECTRICAL METERS

- NEW COMPLEXES
We will supply SABS approved meters as well as any service
meters to the developer for installation at no cost.
These meters will stay the property of Aircorp.

- EXISTING COMPLEXES
When taking over an existing complex, Aircorp will buy the
electrical meters from the outgoing electrical meter reading
company and these meters will become the property of Aircorp.
